Kevin Smith is a Construction Safety Consultant, Program Architect, and Field Troubleshooter with nearly two decades of boots-on-ground and corporate leadership. He builds safety systems that hold up on-site and the office—aligning OSHA compliance with real-world workflows crews can actually use. From safety audits to mentoring supervisors, Kevin equips teams to steward safety, profitability, and accountability across industries—including faith-based organizations that value integrity over optics.
Having been awarded OSHA’s VPP Star Status on a project and named 2019 Safety Professional of the Year, Kevin builds systems that work. His experience is diverse; commercial construction, GSA, Army Corps, Faith Based, Hospitality and Healthcare among others.
